Question 1

How does the cleaning process work?

Accepted Answer

We use a 3,000 PSI hot-water pressure washer to blast away grime, bacteria, and odors from inside and outside your bins. After the wash we apply an eco-friendly deodorizer so your cans smell fresh until the next cleaning.

Question 2

When do you clean?

Accepted Answer

We clean every Saturday, right after your regular garbage pickup. That way your bins are empty when we arrive and ready to go back to the curb the same day.

Question 3

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Just leave your bins at the curb or in an accessible spot. We'll clean them and return them to the same location. You'll receive a text confirmation when we're done.

Question 4

How long does a cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

Most residential cleanings take 10–15 minutes per bin. We handle everything on-site — no need to haul your cans anywhere.

Question 5

What plans do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer three options: a One-Time Clean for $89, a Monthly Plan at $37 per service, and a Quarterly Plan at $68 per service. Recurring plans are billed automatically through Stripe.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Question 7

Do you offer discounts for multiple bins?

Accepted Answer

Our current pricing covers a standard residential set of bins. Contact us if you have more than two bins and we'll work out a custom rate.

Question 8

Where do you service?

Accepted Answer

We serve Dripping Springs, TX (78620) and surrounding communities within approximately 2 miles of the town center, including Belterra, Caliterra, Headwaters, and more. Enter your address at checkout and we'll verify your location instantly.

Question 9

What if I'm outside your service area?

Accepted Answer

We're expanding! If you're just outside our current radius, reach out via our contact page to join the waitlist. We'll let you know as soon as we add your neighborhood.

Question 10

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Click 'Book a Cleaning' on any page, create a free account, choose your plan and a Saturday date, and complete checkout through Stripe. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

Question 11

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.

Question 12

What if it rains on my scheduled Saturday?

Accepted Answer

Light rain doesn't stop us — our equipment is built for outdoor use. In the event of severe weather we'll reach out to reschedule your cleaning at no extra charge.
